Product Description
Application and properties:
1. This machine is designed for the plastic crusher blades which is very easy to damage or abrasion, it can increase the working efficiency. It can also be used for the other straight-edge blade.
2.The machine consists of the fuselage, workstations, linear slider, slider, gear motor, grinding motor, cooling system and electrical control components. Compact between the parts of the structure, appearance and reasonable, uniform grinding tool path smooth, it has a small size, light weight, quick to take effect, smooth operation and easy to adjust for a variety of straight edge cutting tools.
3. The spindle motor is professionally made for grinding knife, with high precision and easy maintenance.
4.The machine has a double tilting fillet to lock tight the electro-magnetic chunk, so the grinder is more stable
5. The machine chooses rack driving, so the grinding head travelling is smoother.
6. The moving up and down of the grinding head is depended on the ball screw
7. The Siemens touch screen controller. You can set the automatic cycle time. The feeding is controlled by impulse.
